SVKM’s NMIMS Academy of Aviation (AOA) is a flight training organization approved from Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India at Shirpur, Maharashtra. It was established in the year 2009. This academy is a proud entity of prestigious Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal (SVKM) group which was established in the year 1934. AOA, Shirpur in the district of Dhule, Maharashtra has its own well-developed airport with fully equipped technology required for training. Our runway is 1200 metres long with designators as 09-27 with a scope of expansion in near future. All our fleet are glass cockpit with latest technology for students better understanding and hands on training to meet industry relevant demands.

All licenses and certificates are issued with respect to Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The Academy of Aviation is an approved Flight Training Organisation from DGCA.
