The Bachelor of Science in Aviation at NMIMS, aligned with the latest NEP (National Education Policy) guidelines, is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with in-depth aviation industry knowledge. Offering multiple exit options, this DGCA-approved curriculum covers aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, airport and airline management, and flight operations.

The program provides the theoretical foundation for a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and insights into ATC, airport management, and airline operations. Combining academic rigor with industry-relevant training, the course prepares students for careers as line technicians, flight dispatchers, load planners, and flight attendants.

B. Sc. Degree in Aviation will be awarded to the student only after submitting verified Commercial Pilot License (obtained from DGCA / ICAO / FAA / JAR / CASA / TPT.CANADA).

Eligibility

  • 10+2 or equivalent/ Diploma Engineering with Physics & Mathematics
  • Students with CPL (Commercial Pilot License) or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) can apply for the 2nd year directly
